WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE.
Min check in age 21. Valid photo ID must be presented at time of check in for age verification.
Valid reservation is required at time of check in. Early check in and late check out requests can only be approved by the Hotel team and only upon availability. Additional charges may apply.
All confirmed reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival (3 pm local time) Late cancellation may result in one night’s room and tax charge to be assessed to the credit card on file.
No Shows will incur one night’s room and tax charge to be assessed to the credit card on file
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equaling one-night rental and tax and guaranteed with a major credit card. Deposits will be charged within 7 days of the reservation being made.
The hotel will not hold a reservation unless secured by the above methods.
If a reservation is booked through a third party partner i.e, ( booking.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, etc) it is guest’s responsibility to cancel directly with them. Many of our third party partners have non-refundable rates, in that case, it is the policy of the site the guest made the reservation that will be honored.

Room Rates

Room rates are listed for single/double occupancy.
Maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults or 2 adults, 1 child, 12 years of age or older.
Additional person sharing a room will incur a charge of $50 per night.
Each child accompanied by single/double occupancy will incur a charge of $25 per night.

Pool Hours

The outdoor heated pool is open from dawn to dusk. In accordance with Broward county regulations. There is no swimming after dark.
